An Insurance App to Compare & Purchase Policies

While working at DealerPolicy as the Product Creative Director, I lead the research & design of this customer-facing application.

I worked with the Product team to create and maintain the roadmap of features, while staying aligned with the scrum team to give guidance around the design decisions and provide feedback on the implementation.

We ran user tests before & after each feature to validate decisions with real customer data. The application has been well-received by customers and auto salespeople, who use the app to help with auto sales.
